The QA / delivery staff support department is the link between our customers, our delivery staff and our company. This is where customer inquiries, applicants and complaints are processed.

• Processing of applicants, complaints and customer inquiries, either independently or in a supporting role
• Administrative preparation and follow-up of internal processes
• Contact with our field staff
• General office and administrative duties

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly and confident demeanour
• Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
